What you get

A real, deployed, full-stack web app — not a prototype, not a Figma file. Authentication, database, payments, deploy pipeline, daily progress updates with a live preview URL from day one. Two weeks of post-launch fixes included.

Why it works in seven days

Speed is a function of stack familiarity and decision discipline. I use a stack I've shipped 20+ times (Next.js + Supabase + Replit), I work on one project at a time, and I refuse scope creep. We agree on what the MVP is and isn't in the kickoff call, and that scope holds. Anything new becomes a v1.1 ticket.

What I won't do

I won't build pixel-perfect design systems for a product that hasn't found product-market fit. I won't set up CI/CD pipelines that take longer to debug than the actual product takes to build. I won't pre-optimize for ten million users when you have zero users. We can do all of that later, after we know the product is real.

Who this is for

Founders who've been thinking about an idea for too long. Solo operators who need a thing in front of customers now. Pre-seed teams who can't justify a $50K agency engagement but also can't build it themselves. The deliverable is a working product on your domain, with full source in your GitHub, that you can hand to any developer to maintain.

FAQ

Can you really build an MVP in seven days?+

Yes — for a focused, well-scoped MVP with a clear primary user flow. SaaS with multi-tenant complexity takes 3-6 weeks. Marketplaces take 6-8. Landing pages with auth take 3-5 days. The fastest builds are the ones with the cleanest scope.

What does the seven days actually include?+

Day 0: scoping call. Day 1-2: design lock + auth + database schema. Day 2-6: feature build with daily previews. Day 7: deploy + handoff Loom + 2 weeks of post-launch fixes start.

What if we need more time?+

We extend at €1,000 per additional week, with the same daily-update cadence. Most projects don't need this — the discovery call usually surfaces the real scope early enough.
