Long pages with seven CTAs and a video at the bottom. They convert worse than a tight one-page focused on a single ask. Polish before product-market fit. A page covered in client logos when the product is pre-launch (it reads as desperate). I'll suggest cuts, not just additions.

What about animations and motion?+
I default to subtle. Aggressive parallax / scroll animations look impressive in demos and tank conversion in production. We add motion where it earns its weight (CTA, key social proof).
Can you also build the rest of the site later?+
